GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Submissions must be written in English.
Online submission is the only method of abstract submission.
Abstracts submitted for presentation will be published exactly as received and should be checked for spelling and grammar prior to submission.
It is the responsibility of the presenter / author to ensure that the abstract is submitted correctly.
Where there is more than one presenter all correspondence will be sent to the person who submitted the abstract.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the presenter / author presentation preference however the Conference Program Committee (CPC) reserve the right to allocate the presentation to best suit the program.
The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the conference. Similarly, no presenter fee is paid to successful presenters. If accepted, the presenter must register for the conference for inclusion in the program.
Oral presentation: results must be included and it must be an original research study (not yet published). Case reports, study proposals, systematic reviews, and studies without results in the abstract will not be considered.
Each oral will be 6 minutes with a 2-minute question time. Once submitted, you can edit your abstract at any time until the portal closes on TBA
A couple of weeks before the meeting, the final program will be published on this website, it will also be accessible to delegates on the conference web based app during the Conference.
Notification of programming decisions will come from the secretariat shortly after the expiry of deadlines and the working program will be posted to the website. It will also appear on your own ‘dashboard’.
Abstract notifications will be sent before the early bird registration deadline.
Posters will be digitally displayed on the conference website and on a screen during the conference.
